Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

• Items should be in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• If you haven’t received a refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £75.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@mod-table.com
